I won £12,500 on the morning of the 2nd November. Safer gambling called me hours later regarding my wagering that night. After everything was sorted out and they were happy I thought that would be the end of it. 2 and a half weeks later I am being lied to about what 'TEAM' is looking at my account and keep being told I have to wait for an email. I got told on Monday it was with payment team. Tuesday was moved on to the finance team for escalation and today, Thursday have been told it need to go for security checks again. Its been getting checked for over 2 weeks. I've got screen shots of all conversations but some last for 2 and a half hours so won't bore you with attachments. I have gone to watch dig as well.
