Since 25/02/2024 I've been struggling with them!
I have 7027 euros in my account that I want to withdraw!
The casino asked me for a lot of documents and video verifications!
I sent everything that was requested!
On 10/05/2024 I received an email saying my account is under investigation!
It has been 10 months since then and I have not received any updates regarding my account!
I would like to ask you to help me solve this problem!

EUROBOX, SA may suspend or terminate your user registration if you breach the contract or applicable law, without prior notice or compensation.
The following are specifically considered as justifiable breaches for the suspension or closure of the user account:
Any fraud, illegal activity or attempted illegal or unauthorized use by EUROBOX, SA of the Site, the software or the games by the player, including the use of the user account by another player (even with their consent), as well as the use of stolen credit or debit cards or money laundering or terrorist financing activities;
The e-mail also has been sent to the player with instructions on how to withdraw the deposit made to us.
