On August 7th , I made a deposit to Playamo Casino via interac etransfer (Gigadat) of $800 CAD. After 30 minutes I received my confirmation email from Gigadat as I normally do that the funds have been received and deposited into my playamo account. I logged into my playamo account and the funds were not there and live support told me to just be patient that they would be credited within 3 hours. After the 3 hours i logged back in to see that my $800 deposit status was changed from pending to discarded by playamo. Going on live chat I brought this to their attention and after about an hour on live chat waiting they came back and said the funds never reached playamo and to take it up with Gigadat. I reached out to Gigadat and the confirmed that the funds were received by playamo and also provided me with a reference / confirmation number of the successful deposit into playamos account. I went onto live chat on playamo once again and provided all of the screen shots from gigadat, my banking and emails confirming that the funds were successfully deposited with playamo. I was assured that this would be looked into and the funds would be returned or credited to my account. 3 days went by and nothing. So, i reached back out to their live chat and i was told that nothing was created , no investigation. So i created another one and was assured that this time it was forwarded to the appropriate department and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible. On the first day , i also launched an investigation with Gigadat and I was told that they would reach out to playamo to resolved the issue. As of today , one week later Gigadat confirmed with me that theyve reached out to playamo multiple times regarding the $800 that they have taken from me and that nobody has even responded to their emails...and that they would launch an investigation into playamo for further action. 7 days later... no update from playamo, all proof from screen shots with banking, confirmation numbers and confirmation from the issuing company that the deposit was successful into their accounts and not a word from playamo... they have't even acknowldged anything. I dont know if they're hoping that I just give up on this but I wont. I keep receiving the same cookie cutter response " We are looking into this please be patient" I am reluctant to add screen shots becuase they include personal information but if need be I will. I would like my $800 either deposited into my playamo account or returned to the issuing company so they can return it to me.
