Hello everyone, I am making a complaint against Joker8 casino because they have not paid my withdrawal for 500 euros after 6 days of waiting, this is an extended period of time considering their withdrawals are paid within 3 days, obviously I'm worried about this delay and I contact them via live chat and email, emails go unanswered and Live Chat is just bots telling me always the same (Your payment is on it's way) Even though it's delayed for so long

I did not use any bonus or do anything to cause this delay, please Joker8 casino follow your own standards and complete my 500EUR withdrawal as soon as possible, thanks :)
