Hi,

I won 6133$ with a deposit money bonus on my 3rd deposit of 75 (+37,5$ bonus) that I wagered successfully

It's not my fault that you don't have the welcome bonuses explained in your bonus T&C. It is not the weekly bonus that is in cause here, it is a deposit bonus that I did.

It is your responsibility to explain your bonuses on your website. Also, you should explain the difference between deposit and no-deposit bonus, because yes there is a major difference between both.

You need to fix your bonus T&C description, so no other player like me will have to endure all the trouble....

Do the right thing here ans credit me back my 5733$ that I won fair and square.

We won’t be able to refund the deducted funds, as all the deductions were made correctly. The rules specify information about no-deposit offers, but when you activate a deposit offer — that is, when you make a deposit and activate a bonus — the terms of the selected bonus apply.

At the moment, the bonus for the third deposit is not shown in your “Bonuses” section because you have already activated it. Only available bonuses are displayed on the page. You can click on the weekly bonus to see a window showing its terms — a similar window appears when you activate the bonus for the third deposit.
