Been 2 weeks and still no money, $2,000 sitting in limbo

Hello guy's im writing this today cause it has been over two weeks since i have won money from this casino and i can no get paid i have saved all the chats and emails as proof of me not getting money i submitted a bank withdrawal on the 6th of November they told me to get paid faster cause there having problems with there bank open a skrill i have opened a skrill on monday the 12th i get a email from them yesterday after wait 3 days for a response saying your payment was approved i wake up this morning to find it has been rejected funny today is thursday now i have to wait another 3 days imagine that witch means monday next week for them to respond again i ask chat hey whats the deal they say send KYC department a email we cant do nothing the responded 2 times in 2 weeks i need help i have 2000$ sitting in limbo i have decided to use you guys as last resort cause i really loved this casino and its affiliate branches i never had a problem until now . Please help me

This has been resolved as they had sent a bank transfer yesterday i have yet to receive the amount owed but i was assured it will come u can go ahead and remove this complaint they have a wondeful team that helped out this confusion . All good now
