i played the first deposit bonus (!) on betrebels since i had newly registered on july 14th 2018.
i deposited 120€, played secrets of atlantis and with 5€ per spin.
i won approx 1300€ and now the hassle began.
at first they refused to pay me and asked me to send not only verification documents which i had provided them in advance anyway, they even asked me to send them my whole neteller-bank-statement from the last three months.
after some discussion i even provided this to them which is a ridiculous intervention into my privacy, but still, i agreed and provided all evidence and information.
i continued to play a little and in the end managed to get out 475€ out.
i continued playing from time to time everytime slots which are not restricted and bets between 0,20€ and 5€ over the next months. everytime i applied for a withdrawal over the last 800-900€ it was either discarded or pending for approximately 1 month.
in the end, on my last try last week, they told me i had breached some terms and refused to pay finally+banned my account.
this is truly ridiculous and i hereby not only want to ask askgamblers for help, but also warn other players to never play on betrebels.

3.7 We specifically do not permit our customers to do any of the following:

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
I did NOT transfer any money to any other acount on betrebels and this can only be the single sphere of influence you can be referring to in paragraph 3.7.
everyone with a basic understanding of law will prove you this.
hence, it is none of your business who i send money to on bwin, pokerstars, neteller, skrill or my bank account.
taking this as a reason, and if any of my business contacts from these platforms also played on betrebels, even i have no control of and this is obviously not ok from you to take into account.
Also, almost three months had passed before i sent you all (!!!) my transactions on neteller, in these three months i did not get any money from my legit winnings.
so you did scam me before that.
again, i want you to provide PROVE that i opened MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT which i clearly DID NOT DO!
this is what you are allegating towards me regarding paragraph 3.10.
i dont see myself guilty in this case also.
im wondering what askgamblers will say about all this since they have a lot of experience in these things.
once again, WHERE IS YOUR PROVE?
you can arbitrarily, randomly allegate towards players who win in your casino which leads to confiscating legit money and thus treating players more than unfair.
very dirty business practice.

Consequently, you broke the rules of the point 3. Personal Account from the General Terms and Conditions.

3.10 The client is permitted to open only one personal account with BetRebels. Eventual duplicate accounts or accounts opened later or under a fictitious name or in the name of others, will be closed and all relative winnings voided. Eventual balances of duplicate accounts will be remitted back to the player. The client must contact the Company directly if they forget or mislay any of the personal details necessary to access his/her online BetRebels account, in order to retrieve these details, in accordance with the Company’s internal procedure for the protection of personal details.
