Claiming Askgamblers Welcome Bonus not valid

Very poor experience signing up to this casino.

They refuse to honour the askgamblers exclusive welcome bonus (I went through the AG link and even used the promo code).

Chat said it is not valid and they don't have an affiliate offer linked to askgamblers.

So either the chat is mistaken (and the promo team) or the AG code isn't valid and is being advertised in bad faith (I don't think this).

Creating a complaint with the affiliate themselves (Askgamblers) seems to be the only way to get this straightened out.
