Hello! I opened an account in Casino777 on 21 March. I received a no deposit bonus 25 EUR. I wagered my bonus completely and win 600 EUR. I made the deposit via Skrill and requested withdrawal. Then I have sent my ID documents. After some days my account has been locked! I dont understand why? Emails from them I didn`t receive. As I knew in live-chat they has been blocked my account because:

has established that the personal details and identity documents provided

in relation to your account are not valid or do not correspond to the

individual who is using the account.

This is in breach of the terms and conditions of the website and consequently the account has been closed and the reimbursement will be cancelled "

I dont understand anything! I can verify my ID document at the notary!

My personal is valid and correct!!! In live-chat several times I asked to call me but the call was not. Only this message : " you will get news as soon as possible"

I dont know what I can to do in this situation! Please help!!!

Casino 777 - Delayed withdrawals

Finally I have won at casino 777 and I have sent all information to prosses my withdraw ( 9000 euro and 2950 euro)

They keep saying we escalated the matter to financial department .it is more than 10 days ..

I have been gambling on line for the 6 years and I have never had trouble getting paid

I have contacted several times and I get same answer I don't know what else to do I have sent more than 8 emails

Casino 777 - Lies and delays in withdrawal

Hi In 9-08-2016 i registered at Casino 777, made several deposits up to a total of 1200€ manage to get my balance to 4800€ and requested a withdrawal i send all the required documents, according to their terms and conditions withdrawals can take up to 2 day to process, its been now 8 days and still havent been paid my winnings, somehow they refunded my deposits without my consent but thats ok, it is in their terms that they refund the deposits and pay the diference by bank transfer, but as far as my winnings nothing, So they owe me 3600€ every time i go to live chat is a diferent excuse, now they said that they have to verify me by a phone a call they promise that they will call me today between 11 and 12, but once again nothing, i had to lost my workday waiting for that call that they never do because i cant and wont awnser casino calls in my work, in live chat my messages are delivered and read but without reply Players be aware they dont care about costumers, they dont comply with their own terms and conditions.

I withdrawed my winnings at 777 casino to Moneybookers.
I sent my passport and bill, and it was approved by casino
Even so casino requested my bank statement to send money to my bank account.
But I want my money to be sent to moneybookers.

Casino 777 - account closure?!

I am the custumer here .so if i wish to close my account that is my busines and this sites are obligated buy low and buy honor to clsoe ones account if he asked for.
I am not happy with casino777.be for maney maney reasons so when i ask them to close my account they do refuse and tell me i need to ask the Belgium goverment to close it for me so i will be refused on any other site as well as from real casions.
I am telling u guys this is ******. and they are trying to monopolise their custumers .
so yet again if I ask this ***** to close my account that is just they need to do and not send me a gouverment paper to fill up.

Casino 777 - Trouble withdrawing

deposited on my partners card told them i didnt have a bank account they said that ok i won been trying to with draw my winnings told need prove of id sent card details my driving licence and the documents they asked for then that not enough want proof of my partner told not got driving licence or passport said bith certificate said it wouldnt be in same name as would be her maiden name said that would be ok sent them that well its a adoption certificate so different then get phone call asking my bank details to pay me by wire transfir told them they know i not got bank account they said cant pay without i complained said they i dishonest and why cant they sent me a check told must have own account and now another email saying they now want marriage certificate showing change of name all a con but they saying going to put 30 pound back on card annd other 870 wouldnt be paid till i do what they say is a joke

I have tried out casino777.be and made 2 Skrill withdrawals, have been waiting for them since 15 October and have seen NO money.
