I made several attempts to get my issue resolved bitcoin deposit that remained pending from a few days earlier... had a long friendly conversation with the customer support and he even tried to find ways to resolve the issue.

I was trying to withdraw my winnings of 1.1 BTC and because of that pending deposit (note: I already made at least 5 other deposits since) I was unable to withdraw my winnings till it cleared.
