I have £110 of winnings in the account but lost the debit card I originally deposited with. Part of their verification process (Which you need to complete prior to withdrawal) involves you sending a photo of your payment card. When I explained that I could not do this they asked me to send a letter from my bank confirming that the lost card was mine. My bank say they can not do this for security reasons. Instead, I sent Novibet a copy of my bank statement clearly showing the deposit amount however they said this does not prove the card was mine, which is completely wrong. How would I have a transaction to novibet on my bank statement in my name if I had used someone else's card? When I tried to talk to them on live chat they cut me off three times and it took 7 requests for them to let me see a copy of their complaints procedure. I now have no choice but to escalate to IBAS.

I've deposited and placed a bet on my team, I the noticed I was credited a bonus so had a bit of fun in the slots not winning anything at all and obviously not finishing their wagering requirements. When my bet won and I tried to withdraw my winnings they blocked my account for 4 whole months, I went on their live chat every week to request an update on my account just to be told that I would be contacted shortly via email. After a 4 month wait I finally received an email saying that they had deducted the casino bonus from my winnings from the sportsbet I won. I am short £250 which I'm sure this is not allowed, I haven't touched my remaining balance and will wait for a decision from Ibas. I hope this helps other people.

I've been with novibet for 6-12 months now and up until recently everything was great however their services seem to be declining.
A few weeks ago 4 online live roulette bets messed up with the system taking funds and displaying a "bets not received in time" or "not enough balance" and not paying out when you win. I emailed them and they did sort it out within a few days.
I gamble every few days with this casino and have done so since I have joined them, the same issues started to pop up last week and when you have a £1000 spin the last thing you need is for your placed bet and winnings to disappear. Im currently missing around £3000 (in total, with my winnings). They say they are investigating its been a week I emailed them mid week and this is the following response;
"Your issue has been forwarded to the responsible casino provider immediately and is still being under investigation.
We cannot provide a time frame due to the fact that these problems can be time consuming regarding their complexity, which we cannot know since they are being processed by another responsible department."
Who knows if I will get the outcome in a few days ... weeks ... months :(
