FortuneJack Casino promotions are pretty great — just last week, joined this special event where I'd double my winnings on certain games, and it worked guys, it made me want to play even more!!

Fortune Jack does everything I expected in a casino website. It has all the best games, has a long list of supported payment methods, and there’s a healthy dose of amazing promotions. So far, I don’t think it’s missing anything.

While I appreciate variety, I wish there was more consistency with the promotions. each one I see give either a dollar, USDT, or $JACK. I don’t want ot diversify my portfolio for gambling so I was hoping fro more BTC rewards, instead.

At first I was disappointed that not all the games I usually play are here. But after looking through the catalog, I realized that there are many other similar and even better ones. Now I have a new list of favorite games. Thank you abo for having a lot of interesting contests and generous giveaways. It motivates me to play here.

The casino is great. I really enjoyed the games and the fast payout. I was happy to play some games I’d never heard of or seen before that was a blend of my favorite characteristics from other games.

Their bonus was confusing. I somehow managed to get a 20% cashback bonus when I chose a first time deposit bonus for 110% and 250 free spins.

I did make an error in my deposit, that’s 100% on me, but it wasn’t explained to me in a way that I could understand. Instead of saying, the deal was for bitcoin, but they accept every form of crypto payment. I assumed when I paid with Litecoin the price adjusted to reflect the bitcoin. I was wrong. I also wasn’t so sure, to be honest. Why program something to do everything but warn you that you’re at risk for not receiving the bonus because the deposit entered may be too low. Simple warning. But that still is my fault. I’m educated now after a couple of crypto blunder I made——don’t get me going on playthrough and how I learned about my handicap in crypto vs USD conversion. It was killer on my perception of playthrough. I digress


It was very bad customer service wise with their chat help.

The person I dealt with kept calling me placating me with prayer hands and by calling me “dear” like some sassy teenage adult who thinks their funny pacifying an upset customer they don’t understand how to deal with or help.

She failed to understand why or what I was writing about, why I was upset, and instead of explaining to me about the conversion between my deposit and the one required she told me to, “if you want a bonus, dear, then you put in a proper deposit.” After which I told her to stop calling me “Dear” it and those damn prayer hands began and ended every statement from her. She followed it up with “Dear”——it pisses me off. Because it could’ve been a matter of her seeing what I did wrong, because she knew, and educating me on it.

I felt like she was talking to me with the confidence of someone who just won the argument because instead of typing “your” I typed “you’re” and then comes placating and cockiness and passive aggressive use of prayer hands to misdirect their ignorant take on what the argument is about. She almost spoiled it for me but without the bonus, I didn’t have a 40x playthrough, and immediately hit $300 and took it to another casino where I did learn that play through rule. Haha.

Anywho. As far as their chat help goes, other people were nice, but there were a lot of GD prayer hands. It’s very annoying to me. I can get over it though.

Miscommunication was a big part of it. On my part it was innocent, on her part….I really believe she was just being an asshole whose birthday month it is.

After I won, they froze the account and accused me of using a fraudulent IP, everything is according to the standard, there is no point in writing a complaint, no one will look into it, avoid this casino.

I love the community and simple gameplay action very soothing and I haven't seen many other casinos that can really compare to their welcome bonuses

I have no complaints one of the best casinos out there would only like to see more bonuses available for those active in community. Even for those who can't afford much to play

FORTUNEJACK IS SCAM !!!! I had an incredibly bad experience. I made a simple deposit with the mentioned mBTC amount to see if they were a scammer, and they did not give me the bonus even though I met all the conditions. Thereupon, I contacted the call center and received a nonsensical message saying, "Oh dear, unfortunately, we don't have a bonus for you," as if to make fun of me, with ridiculous, cavalier expressions. I deleted my account and I wanted to warn those who read this. Vile fraudsters took my money. They are a scammer.

Considering they regularly scam people out of their winnings by accusing them of a negative (something impossible to disprove), there is nothing to like.

They accept all deposits no questions asked, but use the guise of "kyc requirements" to withhold winnings when you try to withdraw.

They advertise bonuses that they do not honor and make no effort to fix.
They accuse their players of having multiple accounts to avoid paying them, knowing you can't prove to anyone that you only have one account. If they're so worried about their sign up bonus being abused, why not require KYC PRIOR to deposit and only then award it? Why is KYC required only after they are going to have to pay you? They'll let you make a thousand deposits without kyc if you want, but they are required to do kyc at withdrawal time? Does that sound remotely right or reasonable to anyone. And they STILL won't pay even after you complete this, they'll just use the multiple account lie. To any person with half a brain it's not hard to see why fortunejack doesn't make it harder for potential exploitation of their bonuses, they stand to make more money from stealing the money of violators and the people they falsely accuse. They are a literal scam in every sense of the term. Maybe they were good at some point in the past, because I fail to understand how anyone would rate them highly. But clearly they are now nothing more than a failed casino using predatory practices to turn a profit through the use of theft.

It's funny that all these reviews that put fortunejack as this wonderful casino all look exactly the same and mention the same exact things. My opinion bonuses are not great there are barely any of them. Nowadays a once a week 40% reload is not a huge amount of bonuses. As for cash back you might get it but only after you have lost 80% on the month. So don't count on cashback if you have had any withdrawals whatsoever even if you are in a huge loss on the month. Support is not great not even ok. Terrible agents that don't care about anything except for your wallet and losses. Don't plan on vip, I've lost a couple hundred thousand and have been denied vip many times. All in all if you want a good experience and to have fun don't play at fortunejack. One last thing their withdrawals are NEVER instant even though it says. They will always hold them up claiming they have to go through a security check that usually takes at minimum 24-30 hours up to a week sometimes. I don't know how they get away with claiming instant withdrawals, that couldn't be further from the truth. If you want your money fast it's not going to happen, the strategy is to hope you will keep pumping in money while you wait and when you lose that cancel your withdrawal so you can keep playing. All in all my experience has not been what all these other reviews are.

If I could post negative stars I would, let me tell you I am writing this review as a player that has deposited around 600 thousand dollars into FortuneJack. Do not play at this casino if you have any intention on getting any rewards or perks for all of your game play like other casinos offer.
For one it took around 500 thousand dollars before I was even made a vip which is insane, so for half a million dollars I got 0 rewards back for (absolutely sickening).
Other casinos will offer you cashback, rakeback,etc. There is only monthly cashback at FortuneJack but you have to lose 80% , 80% is ludicrous!!! I've had months where I lost 20 thousand dollars and had 75% losses and 0 cashback, try to grasp how terrible that is!
20 thousand dollars lost and they wouldn't give me a dime back at the end of the month.

The vip program is probably the worst I've ever seen at any casino, you're told that you will get a bunch of perks and rewards awarded to you but as a half million dollars depositor I'm here to 100% be open and honest that you will NOT receive a bunch of perks.
You will be told that you get a flat 5% capped of any losses if you ask for it and they feel like giving it to you at the time. I could go on and on about support being terrible but I'll leave it at the fact that they DO NOT care about anything but your money.
The only answer you will ever get is relevant team will respond and if you're lucky 1 out of 10 times they might. I'm writing this to prevent anyone else from throwing away a half million dollars here, there's so many better places that you could actually get some rewards from losing that much.
