Based on my own experience I honestly cant think of one good thing to say here.
The live chat is barely available, and the people there don't speak English, or at least not good enough that they will understand you.
The customer service is beyond terrible.

*Average withdrawal pending time is 5 days, and you cant make another withdrawal request before they've approved your request.
*Maximum withdrawal is 1000EUR/1000USD per request, but since they will cancel any winnings above 5000€ this shouldn't be a problem.
*Beware, they don't update your balance accordingly, so if you have won more than 5000EUR in 24 hours, you need to write down your "actual balance", as the casino will keep you in the dark for weeks if they have to, just waiting for you to catch a bad run, so they can take all your winnings, and this will be done with no warning, heads-up, message etc.
*Its licensed in Curacao, so you wont get any assistance from any government.

The downloading, what is wrong with the downloading of games? I wasn't able to play on my deposited sum, I had to follow the instructions of a support chat and it took me an eternity.

I registered via AG COIN link, I even recorded the screen, verified the phone, (done the rec because I read the last comment, saying they denied the coins because reasons I can show easy if they are lying, they are), tried to contact via email, chat wasn't available, didn't get any answer, few days later no answer, no chat, and few mins ago live chat was available.

(no, they are useless). And chat? Around 2 seconds after, chat was closed and I can send a message logged out and with my iPad, but using the imac, they aren't available.

Don't let them laugh of you, they even can't get winnings honestly with a casino, so, don't wait any good from them, think about it, play with caution and enjoy!

The variety of games. The layout etc. The payment system looks good as well. Bonuses are looks so generous. That's all I liked to the casino. But I dislike the support most.

They are denying my AG coin bonus although I just verified phone and signed up directly from AskGamblers. The live support keeps denying after I show him all the proof.

Massive negative would be that the chat support has a ridiculously long wait time and you go up and down in the que while waiting which I don't understand.
