Boaboa Casino - Bonus and closure

Hi, it's been over a month since I heard from my ex favorite casino and I don't know what to do, so I came here to file a complaint as my last resort.

I'll keep it short so here it goes. They owe me more than two thousand in bonuses and cashback, I can't get anybody to talk to me for over a month, and they keep ignoring me.

I send not one or two email on support mail and on vip mail and nothing. I tried to talk with two vip managers that I was assigned to and nobody replied even tho I can see that they had read my messages.

I really didn't know what to do, but the amount of disrespect I am getting from this casino is really incredible...let me just say I am their vip customer from 2023 I think, with their highest diamond status, but this doesn't matter I guess.

And all that led me to ask them to please close my account last week, I even wrote them all the things that they need to hear to really have a reason to close my account but guess what? They didn't reply... it's like I don't exist for them anymore, but of course, I can still give them some more.

I think I can forget the money I was promised, since almost all the vip bonus promotions vas made through Telegram chat and by phone calls from my first vip manager (I have some email, but still...) or am I wrong?

If that is right, I wish only that they listen to my last request and close my account for good and I'll make my peace with some 'good' reviews.

Can you please help me with some advice on what should I do?

Boaboa Casino - Breached Responsible Gambling Rules
Good day,

I deposited in Boaboa in early December 2018. Deposited around 7K in the begging and reached to 30K.
I asked via chat and Via email to put my account on deposit and playing limits as I am addicted to gambling and I will loose all- their answer was they dont have such function. I was actually begging them to put my account on hold so I dont play my winnings, but no result.They have 0 responsible gambling features.
1. On 12.12.2018 I lost all that I won and my deposits and sent them email to close my account permanently.
2. AS per their terms they should have closed it within 24hrs, but of course not done, well knowing that I am addicted they stared attracting with VIP club and cash backs.
3. On 13.12.2018 I was sure my account is closed, as per my instructions sent to them, but as gambler I wanted to recheck and tried to deposit again and it worked and I started depositing more and more, they were giving cash back bonus and I lost all I had.
4. Now I want to get at least my deposits back from date 13.12.2018 which are in total EUR 13,174. I have all the transactions to Tranello holding highlighted in my bank statements from date 13.12.2018. 3 Bank accounts
Hellenic bank in total eur 6534
Bank of Cyprus personal account in total eur 5360
Bank of Cyprus my company account in total eur 1280
5. On 19 January 2018, when I lost everything already they closed my account

I am sending all attachments via email, if you require more proofs please let me know instead of rejecting my complain, as it takes time to submit.

Boaboa Casino - Withdrawals being stalled and not processed
hi,

So to make a long story short. 2 weeks ago i won 7.5k on Boaboa. My account is verified and everything is in order.
Since then i have been asking to get my withdrawals payed out of course. First they started with a payment of 1000 euro. Which was pretty fast. Considering what i experienced in the upcoming weeks. So First they said i need to wait and they made me a withdrawal schedule of 2 times 1000 euro that week. The first on 6/11 and the second on 9/11 The first one didnt get paid on 6/11 but on 7/11 and the second one didnt get paid on 7/11 aswell. They send me a mail on 7/11 that it will be sent on monday 12/11. I am writing this complaint now and didnt recieve anything till now. On friday they decided to cancel all my pending withdrawals and asked me to splitt everything in 300 euros. Today (12/11) they send me another withdrawal schedule 3 times 300 euro spread over more then a week. If they going to pay me at that rate means im going to have to wait 2 months the get every single withdrawals. Ofcourse if they keep to their shedule which they never have before... So my end conclusion is I want my money this week and being paid all out. They are also talking about their terms which are ridicilous since the max withdrawal limit is a min of 10000 euro a month and i only withdraw 7500. I still need 5500 euro till this day. And i want it this week.

Worst casino ever!
I played there a lot and I was always having problems with live support. They are slow and can solve almost nothing without their bosses. They are not honest with their players, bonus wagering is double what they claim, at least in my case and you always have to contact their slow live support to make it right. When my story ended with them in bad term I must add, they didn't respont to me thru any chanel for more than a month and even after complaint here, they didnt respond. Let me just add that I was the highest level player at their casino.

I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, not even my worst enemy;)

What I like about playing in Boaboa Casino is that it has a lot of games that players can choose from. Aside from that, their bonuses are also impressive, especially their welcome package that surely made me sign up with them. It was great and it was worth my money.

This is a great online casino that I have played on. However, what I didn't like about it is that I once had a problem with the deposits and it took too long. Aside from that, it was also quite disappointing that their withdrawal limits are really low. I hope they can improve it.

Fun and highly profitable games but sometimes crashing games. It's not frequent tho and I still enjoyed my stay. The games I played have good RTPs so I still earned. Some reviews here are disheartening but it's not that bad.

Site loads very slow at times. Very repetitive communication and processes for registration and live chat. I don't know if it was my fault but almost didn't play because of this. But the games are really good so I still play here.

All the table games you could ever need apart from baccarat. I miss baccarat but the poker is ok here but they need more live games. I know they cost more for a casino but Boa Boa can afford it!!

They have a lot of providers, including my favourite Bgaming provider in lately. Chat support is ok. I registered here because he was top rated in that time, now I see he slow down.

I deposit here with visa and got money after 10 days, they said they processed after 7 days but money was no show up till 10 day. I was very disappointed with this. I also wait in same araxio casino Cadoola 2 days withdraw on neteller, still write pending, it pass over 48h.

Can't say anything yet coz... => After making my registration and claiming the AG coin through live support, my experience lasted about 10mins more and ended there for the reason you can read next to CONs !

... Why can people (like me) claim an AG coin via the AG coin sites page when the casino doesn't honour it.
Firstly: when I contacted chat and mentioned I came from AG and wanted to enjoy the joint offering made between AG and BoaBoa Casino; AG Coin € 10, they told me I didn't meet the requirements.
When asked why these were the answers in following order:
- For the first 100 players: Nowhere mentioned on AG website. This is first seen / mentioned on the 'boaboa_freecash_askgamblers' landingspage where Bonus can be clicked.
- When asked where I can check this: The T&C are answered; BUT those aren't anywhere to be found as clickable link on the referral page neither on AG's the ag-coins-casino page nor the boaboa-casino-review page.
- When made clear that the T&C's aren't available starting @ AG, their affiliate, neither on the referral page, their answer was that these "promotions" are an referrers initiative without consent of the casino itself. (for a good order; they asked me where I got the 'contact support for ag coin' from and I delivered a prntscrn).

Conclusion & fine-rogue/malicious detail: I mentioned I would make a complaint through AskGamblers and clicked the send transcript from chat/support for proof later on, twice, I did not receive any copy whatsoever (so I copy pasted the whole thing).

Judge casino on other kwal-ities and please remove them as AG coin casino, first 100 for this specific bonus is such a forementioned fine detail to act big but Be Oh Ha sad Casino-ish.

One of the better AG coin casinos which are actually all pretty good. Livechat people are product knowledgable and quick. Any casino with a monthly 50K cashout limit is normally a good one. No bad things to say at all yet. Keeping my wins in my account but no bad reviews about cashout that I have read.

Good casino overall but the live dealer tournaments only offer loyalty points instead of cash? I cannot see the logic in this as these are pay to play games. Slots are good but there are so many its hard to find the new ones sometimes.
