Illegal business methods. Tilaros and Tranello Limited filed for insolvency a week ago, which caused problems for the player in claiming their funds.

Total disaster in terms of transparency, and withdrawal system, as stated in the last review by CKI81, I am experiencing the exact same. To summarise:

- 500 euros per day on the lowest level of VIP & 10k per month
- 1500 euros per day on the highest level of VIP & 20k per month

In other words, if you win a jackpot or something like that of 10k (not THAT uncommon depending on your betsize, or if you're a greedy roulette/blackjack player), it will take you 20 days, logging in and creating a withdraw request every single day to grab it out with lowest vip level, and approx. 8 days with the HIGHEST vip level (mega-lol).

On top of that, they pretend to have the time/deposit/loss/etc. limit under development, which I do not really believe since everything makes me think it's made to tempt you playing more and more, and obviously, more chances to loose it all eventually.

If you are used to gamble around 1-5 euros stake or even more, stay far far far away from this platform !

And Alf Casino, please do not answer to this review by mentionning 6.1.6.98 & 3.45.1 from your Terms & Condition, because that's exactly what I am talking about when I talk about transparency.

Read the Cons before you read the Pros. The casino has good design, good selection of games and deposit methods are sufficient, nothing more in the pro's section.

Beware!!!!!! All casinos owned by Araxio Developments N.V. operate a "VIP Rank" that determines your withdrawal limits. After 10+ deposits of EUR500 each within 2 weeks, I made it to VIP rank 4, which in terms and conditions allow me 12.000 monthly withdrawal limit. (NOT 50.000 as stated here on AskGamblers).

I made 1 withdrawal of EUR1.000 and was immediately bumped to VIP level 2 which has EUR 500 daily and EUR 6.000 monthly limits, albeit casino was still in positive on my deposits/withdrawal amounts (deposits EUR5.000 / withdrawals EUR1.000).

Any player, can figure out why they would do this - encourage deposits and limit withdrawals, to the point where a EUR 10.000 withdrawal will take more than 1 month to complete in 20 withdrawals of EUR 500 over 20 days (and yes you need to log in each day and request a 500 EUR withdrawal, they don't allow multiple withdrawal requests). Pair this with the fact that this casino has NO timeout and NO player limits feature, so 99% of players would lose any big win before they had a chance to withdraw it, and yes sir - you have a well-greased money machine with that concept.

I recently joined this casino because they have Push Gaming. Not many casino have these slots in stock and I simply love them. I think I signed up about 2 months ago but was looking for some no deposit signup offer but could not find any.

Before the initial signup I checked their bonuses and terms and conditions and saw it was the same as their sister website Buran with bad bonus terms and wagering contributions from certain slots, however my heart desired to claim the bonus to have more funds, as Push gaming is just too addictive.

I contacted support to find out on which game the 200 free spins of the welcome offer is played on and it was the same God's temple from Boongo games. I tried to negotiate to ask if I can change the spins and they said no, at the same time asked if I can get all my 200 spins at once, and they said no. I got upset and told them they had bad bonus terms etc and just vented lol. Classic me, hope they can forgive me on that one. I think it was because a year ago, they used to give all free spins all at once and not installments.

I still proceeded to deposit and claimed my 100% with 200 free spins. I got 40 euro and balance and it lasted a good 2 hours but could not meet wagering requirements of 1200 euro. My free spins were credited in 10 installments but that was it as well.

Support is very responsive, and they know their stuff and are very strict and stick to what they know and what the rules say. I hoped they could bend the rules for me a bit. They have many deposit options, great selection of slots and I wish they could have better terms, but every casino needs to find away from players walking away with money, for instance they scared Reactoonz will drain their balance, but my personal opinion is that this casino can be trusted with your withdrawals as far as I can see.

I deposited 100€ and managed to win 226€, I withdrew 226€ through iBan (International bank transfer) and sent in all documentations.

Still waiting for confirmation on withdrawal which has the "pending" status. The games are great and good easy access through the website BUTT

I’m not allowed to withdraw at all. The website states MasterCard visa bank transfer and idebit but yet they will not use any of these methods to withdraw your money but visa. So they are lying. In Canada visa is not allowed for gambling. I used MasterCard and they don’t withdraw to that. So I tried idebit and they said no, tried a bank transfer and they said no!!! After making a deposit the bonus wasn't added up, so I contacted live support. They come with the same excuse every time, "We are so sorry, but this email was sent by a mistake. We have had some technical issues."

The only reason I deposited is because of the bonus offer. And I am not able to withdraw either (because of the T&C says that I have to wager every deposit 3x).

So BEWARE of the "fake" emails they send out, contact support first every time before a deposit and check if it really is a valid email/bonus or just a "technical issue"!
And this applies not only to Alf Casino, but every casino Araxio Development N.V operate.

I personally will never play at any of their casinos again after this.

Alf Casino is one more casino owned by Araxio Development N.V, of which I already have signed up at more than 5 casinos so far, and Alf Casino being the latest. All casinos within the same group share the same platform from SoftSwiss, if I'm not mistaken, but this platform unfortunately still needs much fine tuning in order to match the best platforms in the iGaming market. I constantly got lost connection or slow connection error messages popping up on my screen, which became rather annoying at times!

Where customer support is concerned, I don't have any complaints about it, as my many chats with the various live chat hosts have always been smooth and without any hassles. Their responses via email were fairly fast and good as well. What I really didn't like, typically of all casinos within the same group, was needing to request the bonuses and free spins from the live chat host. In this case, the 200 free spins were given out at 20 free spins per day, over 10 days, so I had to ask for it everyday, for 10 days in a row, which was really a big nuisance and inconvenience for me! However, the initial 200 free spins was for the game Golden Eggs, and all the 10 days offer of 20 free spins per day were credited into my account in one go, ready for activation one at a time, which was good, but after requesting for a game change, I had to request for each 20 free spins every day instead. It would have been a lot better if all the 10 days offer could be credited in one go as for that Golden Eggs game too.

Game selection is good as well, although Microgaming and Play'nGo games aren't in the list, but as long as my favourite Finn game was available, I ain't complaining, not for the time being anyway, hehehe. Having said that, my play on Finn And The Swirly Spin game did not go as well as I would have liked it to be - the game started cold and remained cold throughout. I finally lost all of my 40 EUR (deposit plus bonus money) at the 3 Keys level, which was very poor and very disheartening indeed. Whatever free spins winnings from that Dragon Kingdom game were played and eventually lost on that Finn game too. Argh!

Oh, before I forget - games can be picked and listed out under 'favourites', which I did, but after logging out, this list would disappear! What the argh! I needed to use the 'search' facility each and every time I wanted to play either Finn or Dragon Kingdom game. Why this favourite games list cannot remain listed, I really don't know, but it should always be available for use and for convenience! Alf Casino should look into this and get it to be permanently listed instead.

Well, needless to say, Alf Casino is not one of the better casino within the group, as far as I am concerned, and I couldn't get a decent or satisfying game play from my games either. Perhaps this has nothing to do with the casino directly of course, but it does affect the overall rating of the casino. A win and a withdrawal would also have given Alf Casino a much higher rating from me, of course, hehehe.

Not so much good to say, collection of games is ok, sign in process is ok

Like other players face same problems, support service is useless. There is only English and Russian chat and eEglish chat person maybe use google translate. So its very hard to talk with this kind of support.
Cannot close my account without accept, no complain administration of aAfcasino project. I sign in some casino, I dont know anything about any project.

Nothing it looked like It might be good but chat support put me right off

Deposited and chose welcome bonus- wasn’t granted - chatted to support - very unhelpful told me that if I want bonus I had to wait until the manager gets there and they will apply it- until thane I can’t play at all as if I do I won’t be allowed the welcome bonus - stay away from this casino

Deposit not received! I should bring a different proof than the transaction document ??

I sent the transaction history confirmed by Cubits as COMPLETED to [email protected]. Unfortunately, I got the answer that I should send another proof and the payment was not received by Alf Casino ?! I am very upset about that. What should I prove for another proof than the Cubits transaction history? I have now contacted the Cubits support and reported this incident. I have told the support the transaction number and the recipient address and have written that the recipient has not received the amount and I'm curious now what the Cubits support answers. I also did other transactions via Cubits today and everyone else worked fine and in a few seconds .. I do not know what's going wrong with this deposit to Alf Casino
