I won $200 on the Royal Vegas online casino..
I went to the withdrawal section to withdraw my money into my bank account that is linked to my online royal vegas account, it than went to reserve or something like that. Than i got an email saying i need to send my documents through.
So i send all my documents in correctly. Then on the 27th my documents where getting processes.
Thought id hear from them in a couple of days or so. (They never contacted me i had to contact them) apparently than my money was currently undergoing to 24-48 hoir mandatory period. on the 30th of april i contacted them and they said that there are still documents outstanding before they could send the withdraw.
Also i selected mastercard as a withdrawal method but apparently they dont alow a withdraw on a mastercard.
But yet they let yous let me put money off my mastercard knto my online account.
I just want my winnings so i can shut my account down and never use it again.
