Hi,
I have been having some serious issues trying to withdraw my winnings. I won $2000 and $1500 two weeks ago and then another $500 a few days ago. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a hassle attempting to withdraw.
I had my documentation verified and then was told that both the $2000 and $1500 were processing as of the 10th July until today when I checked my account again and the $2000 had been put back into my casino account.
I have had multiple conversations with the support desk almost every day and keep getting different answers.... firstly I was told the withdrawal was still processing and then that there was some kind of error..... then I was told to update my withdrawal method to swift rather than visa but was unable to do this on the casino site so I had to email the details..... then I had another conversation with someone telling me that the withdrawal didn't work due to a limit restriction..... what limit!!, I'm not even attempting to exceed the $5000 limit as per terms and conditions. Now I'm waiting for an email after someone "investigates" my account.
I am just really frustrated with the whole process and just want my winnings and a straight answer! This has been my first online gaming experience and I was enjoying it. Now I'm feeling super disappointed about the whole experience.

We have not been in any contact with the bank of Canada. Should you receive the funds via Visa let me know and I will have your preferred method of payment updated for the next withdrawal.
I have reviewed your account and can confirm that your withdrawal of 1500 had to be on the 14th July, we received confirmation that it was sent through successfully yesterday. You should receive payment by the end of this week, if not please let me know.
Please let me know when you have received both payments.

I have still not received any payments. I did however get a strange email from the bank of Canada stating there was some unusual activity on my account...... I do not have an account with them...... I just want to know what is going on .... if the visa transaction works over the next few days I would like all my withdrawals to occur this way....... I am becoming very frustrated with the whole process.

I have reviewed your account and can confirm that the reason that the funds were put back into your account initially was due to the maintenance that we are currently doing. Regrettably, this did delay some payments going out.
I can confirm that this matter has now been rectified and you are able to request your withdrawals at any time. My apologies for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
I see that your withdrawal of 1500 has been paid into your bank account, this was processed on the 10th of this month so you should have already received these funds in your account taking into consideration the 3-5 working day processing time for that method.
I can further advise that your withdrawal of 500 has also been processed and released to you into your Visa card on the 17th July. You should see your monies within the next 3 - 5 working days, worst case scenario, it could be a lot sooner.
Please let me know once you have received your funds and should you experience any more issues with requesting withdrawals.
