Wikibet Casino - Withdrawal has been pending for 3 weeks

I have been mostly betting, but playing some casino games too at Wikibet Casino. I created my account 17th of december, verification was done quite fast in few hours. After that I asked for my first withdrawal. After 4 days my withdrawal attempt was cancelled. I created another withdrawal attempt, total sum pending 961,36 euros since then. After every 4 days it gets automatically cancelled. I have been able to reach the support few times via live chat, they don't answer mails. There isn't any problem with KYC, they say: "Your sports bet is currently being reviewed by our sportsbook provider. Once their investigation is completed, we'll be able to confirm the outcome and let you know whether the bet can be settled and paid out." All of my bet have been settled for about 19-20 days now. There shouldn't be any problems, all the outcomes are also seen in multiple different sources. I have been asking for a specific bet they are referring to, but they just say the same thing.

Please help me to settle this matter, or guide me to a right way who could help me to settle this matter.
