Well this is my problem: Withdrew money on monday (last week), found out on wednesday that i had to send documents (no email whatsoever), than on friday a message back concerning my documents, they wanted more prove (a selfie with my ID). Than when i didn't receive a reply on sunday (after 48 hours) i contacted live chat, he/she told me to wait for another 24 hours and if i still didnt receive a reply i had to go back to the live chat. Well after 24 hours still no reply so i contact live chat, he/she tells me that he will escalate it. Than 24 hours later (today, 11 July) still no response!? so i contact live chat again the guy who im chatting with tells me to be patience, so i immediately left the live chat before i said some things i would regret and now im here because the live chat is absolutely rubbish, so im hoping to get better support here.
