I registered my account the 9th day of February 2025. I completed Level 1 and Level 2 of KYC. Both passed. Some time in early March, I made a 2000 USDT deposit, gambled it and deposited 4000 USDT. I betted on different NBA games, won all the bets. So after a 6000 deposit, my account was at 11000 total balance (5000 profit).

I'm not really sure, but I think it was this same day, after my gambling session, that I received the following email: https:­//i­bb.c­o/­CKM­L1kH1. A day later, I start sending emails. I will share some of the conversations I had with [email protected]:

Apart from this, I sent other emails requesting for at least my deposit, emails that were ignored.

Note that by this point, my Level 2 verification was revoked, yes, it went from verified to "Action Required". I gave them the selfie they asked for, and it was again verified.

Now, I had to complete Level 3 verification, they asked for a utility bill for each of the last 3 months, with the corresponding payment proof. I gathered the information, and sent it. A few hours later, the information is not only rejected, but this message appears: "Unfortunately, your verification request has been rejected and your account has been permanently disabled due to breach of our Terms of Service." (https­://­ibb.co­/7N­T2rHF2 - https:­//i­bb.c­o/­9m3­qBTCF). It is interesting that they never give proof or mention what's the breached Term of Service.

After my account being permanently disabled, I was still able to stay logged into the account for around 2 days. I opened a live chat with support, and this is how it went: https:­//i­bb.c­o/­NgB­XMdDX (you can also appreciate the account balance).

I haven't had more information since then. They never told me what they banned my account for, they never tried at least giving my deposit back, I went through every KYC thing they asked for, they gave me external verification links which I also completed.

With full respect, you haven't added any value with this vague reply. You are just saying what I stated before.

Regarding "account was permanently restricted due to the breach of our Terms and Conditions", it's pretty convenient for you to say this, what if you give precise reason of what makes you think I breached your Terms? I passed level 2 KYC twice, I verified outside Stake (you sent me a link to do so), so you clearly ackowledge I'm a real person, and you even verified myself.

I will mention this again, when I registered, I verified Level 1 and Level 2 KYC, you accepted both of them. Then, when I won 5 thousand USDT in one night, you decide to revoke my Level 2 KYC, what happened? You wanted to avoid paying me?

This is absolutely sketchy, it never happened in my entire life of gambling.

And I will add one more thing, I made a post in different forums, lots of users told me I should AT LEAST get my deposit, something you didn't even mention. So not only you don't want to pay my wins... you keep my deposit!
