SlotWolf Casino - Sending spam SMS message to non-registered persons

I have never had any contact with a company called slotzwolf/slotwolf. But they have send me a spam sms without any prior approval. This is forbidden (opt-in is the only way legally allowed). The text they send is this:

"Hi, 20 Free Spins No Deposit and 150% Welcome Bonus up to 350€ www.slotzwolf.com Good Luck and Happy New Year !"

we do confirm that we don't have any players with the email mentioned in our database; nor we use any services sending sms messages to the people not present in the database. Very sorry for bothering you in any way!

We would like to say that we do not possess your phone number or any other personal details. The sms you received was from an affiliate partner, most probably, but not from our casino. We are investigating this issue, and as soon as we find out who was that partner, we will take the corresponding measure, as well as we will exclude them from the affiliate program.
We would also like to state that we value your privacy and observe all the principles of GDPR while conducting our business. Our apologies once again in relation to that situation...
