Waiting for €500 Withdrawal since 5th of May

Hello,

I am waiting for my 500euro BTC withdrawal since 05.03 and nothing happens. It is still pending and support just saying it will be done soon.

They always says it needs up to 1-5 business days and now we have the 12th business day. And then I would withdraw 500euro more but that's not normal to wait up to one month to get 2 withdrawals. I am full verified at this casino.

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
