Playamo Casino - Confiscated $89,000 balance due to alleged duplicate account accusations

Started an account with play amo casino and verified the account to begin playing then made my first deposit of $50 with NEOSURF.

When deposit was made I did not accept any bonuses and begun playing. I had some luck and started to win large amounts of money over a period of a few days. I put in a withdrawl request which was rejected due to casino needing more information and identification from me in which I supplied documents requested by casino.

After supplying identification was told by live support I had approved all documents needed and I could withdraw I attempted to do so.

The following day I tried to sign into my account and my account was disabled and told told I would receive an email with more information.

Once I received the email I was told I had a duplicate account and my balance was confiscated due to this.

My balance at this time was $89,800.54 and showed the withdraw of this amount in transaction history.


From this point I contacted support on many occasions requesting more information in regards to the claim and also asked for supporting documents to prove this statment and still have not received such proof in any form regarding a duplicate account.

The casino has not helped or been forthcoming with any information, a solution or a way to solve issue.

I have read through the terms and conditions and have stuck by all rules stated by casino therefore only see it fair I receive the money I won.

I can't believe that a casino the size of PLAYAMO have dragged this issue out for months. Follow all the rules as well as terms and conditions for the casino to not produce the proof for the accusations.

We have made the decision to confiscate winnings because costumer has violated the Bonus Terms and Conditions of the casino:
1D. Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise.
