Playamo Casino - Bank Withdrawal Issue
On the 8/11 I withdrew an amount of 2k that I had won. I withdrew the amount to the same debit card I deposited with which was my ANZ bank account. I spoke with a service operator who assured me everything was fine the amount was processed and transferred.
I then spoke with another service operator who said this is not the case as there are many banks in Australia who do not accept Visa transactions from international casinos so the finance department would have to refund it back into my casino account for me to then withdraw it to my NAB (which apparently has no issue with receiving the funds) I'm then told I have to wait for an email from the finance department as to what is going on with my funds.
Hours later I speak to my VIP representative to chase up what is happening with my funds and when do I get it transferred back to my casino account, then she tells me that she is not 100% sure but ANZ are fine to accept the funds of my withdrawal. I ask her to chase it up as I need to know if its 100% going to go through or not.
1. Why arent these explanations available on the websites FAQ for all Australian players as what banks accept withdrawals and which banks do not.
2. Customer service take too long to reply, and cannot give you a straight answer and cannot pass you onto management or seen to resolve the issue.
My VIP manager told me I now have to wait 2 weeks see whether the withdrawal amount processes to my account, I'd it doesnt I have to go through the whole process of chasing this up again.
I wish my VIP rep would go above and beyond and actually find out and give me a straight answer.
