Excuses to delay withdraw request
Hello,
I have had bad experiences with withdrawing legitimate balance from online casinos, but this is probably one of my worst ever.
After 3 days of waiting for Pin-up Casino to verify my account I send in my withdrawal request to my creditcard (the same I used to deposit).
For some reason it got declined and so I contacted the live chat support which they asked me to make a minimun deposit with an ewallet and try again.
So I setup a Skrill account, put some money on it so I can make a minimum deposit and sent in a new withdraw request, this time with Skrill.
Thought it's over but it got declined again even tho the support told me that it will work.
Into the next round of the game, I contacted support again and they asked me to request smaller size withdrawal to make it work.
Really tiring of all this nonsense at this point but I agreed and tried to send in another new request to withdraw with Skrill, to my suprise this time my Skrill withdraw option magically disappeared.
Contacted support again and they tell me to try to request the withdraw with a different ewallet now.
At this point I had enough of wasting my money and time here.
Dear, Askgamblers-team please help me to withdraw my balance. They are legitimate, I did not breach any T&C, sent in all of the requested documents and cooperated with Pin-up casino to get it done.
