In Parimatch, I created a withdrawal ticket on my own. Because customer service sent repeated answers, I created 2 tickets for my withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal amounts are 30000,20400.

They haven't given my withdrawal amounts in my SBI bank account yet.

At the beginning, I think they were facing some issues, but after some time, when I did not receive the withdrawal, I created tickets.

I mentioned my player ID above.

Eu fiz um depósito no valor de 5mil reais em um cassino e até agora o valor não foi depositado em minha conta! já tentei entrar diversas vezes em contato com o cassino, e eles tem todo o comprovante do mundo que fiz o pagamento. como extrato bancário, comprovante, carta assinada pelo meu banco nubank Brasil. e sempre ando falando com eles em chat online. eles fala que sempre tá tentando resolver o meu problema, mais já se passou 6 dias e ainda nada. e acho que eles não vai resolver meu problema, porque eles sempre manda eu voltar depois de 24horas. e isso já estar sendo chato, tá sendo um roubo.

Feliz um depósito na parimatch de R$25,00 com bônus de 100% de primeiro deposito bati o ROLLOVER super algo ficando com saldo Real de 6R$ 670,00 na hora da verificação de conta passou tudo certinho, mais o casino Se recusou a me pagar dizendo que eu poderia está usando software para modificar meu rosto então tirou todo o meu saldo que e meu por direito me deixando apenas com R$25,00 reais, passei a noite em claro tentando jogar e não perde e quando bato minha meta o Casino se recusa a me pagar, pior Casino aliás é um lixo de Casino, nunca tive problemas em outros Casino somente nesse parimatch.

A withdrawal of ₹50,000 made on 27 May 2026 at 09:47 AM is marked as "Completed" in my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Initially, I was asked to wait, and later I was informed that the withdrawal had been successfully processed. However, the funds have not been received even after more than 15 days.

I have made a deposit of 5000 and the money has not been credited to my account. I tried to get in touch with live agent of parimatch but there was no option to do so and I submitted a ticket which is still in submitted status and not been picked up for review. So, parimatch blocked my account 11 days ago citing the reason that I need to complete the additional verification. So I sent them all the documents they asked for by email and in return I got the reply that their technical team has accepted the verification request and they need to follow up with the payment provider security check. It has been 9 days since but still my account is not unblocked nor am I able to access my funds. Whenever I speak to support, I keep getting the same bot response that we’re still reviewing this. I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366.
