Stalling my payment for over a month!

I took out a withdrawal on the 6th of April 2015 with gaming club sending in the required information as requested. Since then there have been excuses after excuses in the payment not being sent to my bank account. For example the account number is wrong. The account number I sent was correct even supplying the Swift code and other required details. I even sent in a copy of my statement to which a new excuse was made in that it wasn't sent in PDF. Well it was as it's the only reliable format. The gaming club also stated they had been trying to get hold of me. I had received no phone call or email from them for days since I sent the statement in. Seems funny they can email me and call me with bonus offers. Today is the 3rd of May 2015. Almost a month since making the withdrawal. I'm not impressed since they state that payments will be made within 5 to 10 days

Still no verification and sign from my withdrawal after a month of waiting
Dear all, since the 06.05.20 im gonna try to cash out my winnings of 2.900 EUR.

Since that day I have send 4x my ecopayz details, the details that this card belongs to me + the details with my ecopayz account number.

I have send, my ID card + Utility bill as well..

I went to the chat 7x in the past month, always it was said, u documents has been checked wait for verifications. 3x this happened, that the chat operators have been asking seriously, if I have send the ecopayz details of my account already, yes I did!

Today I went once again to the chat, I can't believe it tbh.. they were asking me again if I uploaded ecopayz details.. I said yes,4 times already.

They checked again with the financial department, now they come, after almost one month since the 06.05.20, that this is ok but they need more, an paper from ecopayz, that this account belongs to me?!

I mean, seriously, I can't believe that, they got my ID card, my whole online ecopayz, where is clearly showing off, that this account belongs to my name, I have registered in the casino + on the id + on the eco details + the utility bill... and now honestly they telling me to talk to ecopayz that they send me and paper to my home, that this account belongs to me? What is here going on? After one month, they asking like this?

Come on all, please, don't make it so difficult for an player who one a lots of money in ur casino, highly doubt this KYC procedure how they treating players, who paying money to play and after they won something, that its gonna be so difficult, for no reason.

Everything its proved.

Please sort this problem asap out, verify finally my account and cash out my winnings.
