I first made my withdraw last week. Wednesday the 15th.. then friday they asked for documentation. Hapilly sent it all through. I hear nothing for days. So I contact via chat. Still telling me I need more documents. (Even thought I sent everything through)
They send through emails saying I need more document. So I send them through. This was Monday. It it now Thursday and they still have not processed my $800 win.
I just want my winning paid so I can close my account and never use them again. I feel like I have been scammed
