I have been trying to withdraw 7007 euros from my account, but the casino has refused to process my withdrawal since June 14. Despite successfully completing the verification process and video verification, Mystake has been holding my funds. They justified their decision by saying that they needed additional verification. However, the initial timeline they provided was 48-72 hours and that time has now passed.
I would greatly appreciate it if we could work together to resolve this issue. Can you please help me understand why the withdrawal has been delayed and what steps I can take to resolve the issue?

In response to the casino's accusations, I am reporting the following:
The IP address provided by the provider is dynamic. That is, I cannot know in advance which IP address will be provided to me. Thus, there is a possibility that the IP address may match another player. According to the current legislation of Armenia (my country of residence) my actions are completely legitimate and comply with the requirements of the law.
I cannot and should not be held responsible for the misconduct of other casino players. If another player has violated the rules of the casino, let his winnings be confiscated. The casino should not cover its losses with my funds.
I have never used any strategies and have no idea what other players are using. These are purely their personal problems.
The casino's behavior is suspicious - as soon as I managed to win, the casino immediately confiscated my winnings and began to come up with various charges.
P.s. in the very near future, I will contact my Internet service provider to document my words.
Also, I urge the casino to follow the principles of prudence and fairness towards me as a player and make a payment of the funds that I honestly won.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Mystake Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The user has crossed IP with the one who was noticed opposite betting for laundering money. The complainant user has the same gameplay. We checked that issue with the provider as well and received confirmation from their side — the user was winning money using that strategy. That goes against our rules.
Additionally, there are instances where the player uses self-opposite betting to cover all round outcomes and meet the deposit wagering requirement with the least risk.
I would like to request that you provide me with evidence of my alleged guilt for review, in order to allow me the opportunity to refute any accusations made against me. This is a procedural right that I am entitled to and I kindly ask that you respect my request.
