From 28th November 2024, my account is under investigation and I can not play or withdraw my money.

My account balance is 1140 EUR.

My deposit was 1000 EUR.

I don't think there is any reason to investigate my account.

I believe that I gave the casino enough time to solve the case without making it public, especially considering that I only had a few transactions.

Hello,

The account is under investigation due to suspicious sports betting. The process might take up to a maximum of 6 months.
According to our T&Cs, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on the part of the Player.''

We will notify you as soon as the investigation is completed. Winnings will remain in your account and if our suspicion is not confirmed, you will be able to withdraw all funds.

Dear Mystake,
I think it's rude that the case is going on for so long, bearing in mind that I didn't 100% do anything suspicious and that I only have 2 (two) sports tickets played. You also did not provide any details, only false generic accusations. Get serious and solve this because it's really a shame, for my case it takes 3 minutes of work, but I know you're doing this to me on purpose because my way of playing bothers you.

Kindly note that investigations typically don't take longer than 30 days at the most. Therefore, we cannot support your statement that it could take up to 6 months. Even if this information is stated in your terms, the AskGamblers Complaint Team cannot support such an extended delay for concluding an investigation.

Given this, we'll extend the timeframe for another 96 hours. Beyond that, we'll have no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved until the investigation concludes. Once the investigation is finalized, you will be welcome to request the reopening of the complaint.
