From 28th November 2024, my account is under investigation and I can not play or withdraw my money.
My account balance is 1140 EUR.
My deposit was 1000 EUR.
I don't think there is any reason to investigate my account.
I believe that I gave the casino enough time to solve the case without making it public, especially considering that I only had a few transactions.

I sincerely thank the AskGamblers Complaint Team for their continued efforts and support throughout this lengthy process.
However, I would like to point out that there was no real investigation taking place. This was merely a disrespectful and deliberate tactic by the casino to frustrate and punish winning players by delaying payouts without justification.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this casino, as well as any other casinos operated by the same provider.
We would like to inform you that the player can now withdraw his balance as the investigation is now complete.
Please note, after the withdrawal, the account will be closed permanently.
