Mr.Bet Casino - Unable to get verified and receive withdrawal

I have been trying to verify my identity to process my withdrawal of #40,000 for the past eight weeks but they keep rejecting it saying documents not acceptable or no longer valid. I was asked to upload ID and payment method which was Skrill,and withdrawal method which was my Bank statement. I have done all these but all documents still rejected despite 100 percent valid, it was at some point one support agent told me the payment method have been verified and only identity remains. I have contacted the supports times without number and it seems they are tired because they keep giving me same response "they have transferred my issues to the appropriate department and I should wait". It's been eight weeks and I cannot longer wait because each time it takes 24-48hrs to respond. The ID I uploaded several times was the original national identity card of Nigerian and they keep rejecting it, I even went ahead to upload my national voter's card but still rejected. Please the ID card is the original national ID of Nigeria, I do not have driver license or international passport which is very difficult for me to get and I have explained this to several agents and they said they will rectify. My national ID card is 100 percent valid and I use it for all my identity verification. Please review this careful and process my winnings of #40,000 to my account. Attached is the documents, My national ID card back and front, Skrill payment method, Bank statement and screenshots with agent involved. Thank you

This afternoon I received an email that my withdrawal has failed that I should request another withdrawal using alternative method. I logged in my account and met same message from the support. They now say the local bank transfer method (which is the only method that ever process) can't be used because I'm penalized for withdrawal and I should try crypto method whereas those method doesn't work at all because they show "unable to withdraw" not even the Skrill method I deposited with have worked. So they have now asked me to cancel the withdrawal, I did and try crypto method but still doesn't work. This is same error they have been solving since 28th of March and today is 6th of June. So they are asking me to wait for solution again? LoL. This isn't funny anymore. Very very frustrating

There haven't been a feedback to know if the bank transfer will work and you said you'll speed up my withdrawal review so why haven't anything done again?

I have tried all the alternative method on the cashier page but non worked, this is not the first time. All the payment method there, Skrill, BNB, Binance pay, card, tether TRC/ERC, Bitcoin, Litecoin, dogecoin, everything there I tried it one after the other but "unable to withdraw" I screenshot all the process too.
‎The method that went through just like the last time is through the Ethereum method, after inputting the address it load back and show a Nigerian bank accounts method which I have filled my bank account as preciously which I don't know why it failed.

‎This is the only method that works on that page I confirmed this 100 percent since 28th March. screenshots are attached. Thank you

Sempre joguei no mr bet e nunca tive problema nenhum até está semana. Dia 15/05 solicite um saque de R$ 400, sempre demorou no máximo 24 horas para sacar, no entanto desta vez se passaram 48 horas e não consegui sacar. Entrei em contato com o chat e passe a situação, enquanto estava dentro das 48 horas , disseram que o prazo era de 48 horas para o saque. Depois que passou as 48 horas , disseram que após o status estiver em andamento, mais é dias úteis para ser realizado o pagamento.

Porém um detalhe que me chamou muita a minha atenção, foi que hoje dia 18/05/2024 após falar com o chat sobre o status estar como pendente e não ser possível jogar na casa pela solicitação de saque estar pendente para não alterar o valor solicitado ( 400 ) eles alteraram o status do saque para em andamento na hora, para que eu pudesse realizar mais depósitos para poder , já que estava o valor do saque como pendente, me impossibitava de estar jogando.

Por mágica ele passou para em andamento e possibilitava eu depositar e jogar. Ali percebi que tinha coisa errada. Infelizmente a experiência negativa me faz abrir esta reclamação. Também li em outros sites de reclamações pessoas esperando mais de semanas para receber seus ganhos no mr bet. Onde só mostra que toda política do mr bet não se justifica. Esse prêmio não receberei mais , tenho plena certeza! Detalhe saque foi solicitado por pix. Depósito por pix entram em segundos, já saques demoram 3 dias úteis. Caso resolvam o problema venho aqui e me retrato deste episódio.
