The withdrawal amount has not reached my electronic wallet account and it has been more than seven days
On 09/02/2025 at 11:30 PM, I made a withdrawal request for 4675 Egyptian pounds. After creating the request for about 10 minutes, the request was determined to be paid, but the withdrawal amount did not reach my electronic wallet account. Hours later, I contacted support and provided them with a video recording of the transactions from my Vodafone payment application to prove to them that the transaction for the withdrawal amount did not reach my electronic wallet account. Unfortunately, no one responded to my complaint. I contacted them more than once, and every time I contacted them, I recorded a video of all the transactions from my payment application to prove to them that this transaction did not reach me, but still, no one responded. Then I sent more than one complaint via Gmail to technical support. Also, every time I attached a video recording of the transactions from my payment application to my complaint. Unfortunately, more than once during the past few days, I sent my complaint to technical support via Gmail, and until now, no one has responded to my complaint, and the withdrawal amount has not reached me until this moment. The situation made me very upset with the application because it was the first time it happened to me.. It happened before several times that I made a withdrawal request and it was determined that the payment was made and the amount was delayed after that and I was quick to take pictures of the transactions from my payment application and contact support and every time I received the withdrawal amount except this time it has been more than seven days so far and I contacted them more than once and every time I contacted them I took a recent picture of all the transactions from my payment application but unfortunately until this moment the withdrawal amount has not reached my electronic wallet account.
