My Mostbet account has been frozen for two weeks, supposedly for security verification. They asked me to complete an ID check, which I did. Then, they said I needed a Skype call for final also I did it.

Now they simply taking sooooo much time as reviews of others about this platform. How we trust to put our money on this site if they doing such things. Now I'm waiting over but still my account not verified they not even checking. It's simply ID verification 🙄.

But they taking damn much time to verify it what is this scammy techniques this platform using. Always sending the same email again and again without any investigation. i loved most bet so much but they ruined. I'm having 170000 lkr on my account the account frozen with that money.

I also did the Skype video call with person called Ann here and she said everything is ok and well will verify soon. but why theyy taking days for it. even they checked and got all documents from me everytime. I think more than 6 times I provided different kind of documents already..

It's unfrozen finally but my betting limit is rs 4000 in any case. please check on it and remove that. I think that's I won my first accumulated bet on the site. I only can place bets upto 4000 that's about $13
