After freezing my account I have provided all the documents Mostbet requested as I understand it's KYC process and I'm fine with it, then on the 18th of November 2024 I successfully made a Skype call with them to verify my identity and I answered all their questions.
I thought after all this my account will be unfrozen, but the surprise is until now I can't access my account to withdraw my money which is something so stressful.
I have used other betting platforms in the past, the KYC process never took more than 3 days.
Why Mostbet is still not allowing me to withdraw my money even after providing all the documents and successfully making the Skype call?
Why it's only Mostbet who has this unreasonable long period of waiting to verify your account?

I requested to withdraw 8000 MAD (Transaction number 94506683) + 6002 MAD (Transaction number 94521957).
I received the withdrawal of 6002 MAD in my bank account successfully.
But for the withdrawal of 8000 MAD I still didn't receive it and the problem is that on Mostbet it shows the status of the withdrawal as: "Payment successfully made".
I have attached 2 screenshots from my bank account that shows clearly I didn't receive any transfer of 8000 MAD, I received only the 6002 MAD one.
So I would like to ask Mostbet what's going here please? Why have you changed the status of the withdrawal to successful even though you didn't send it to me yet?
However, until now Mostbet still didn't process the 2 withdrawals I made and I still didn't receive it in my bank account.
So I'm asking you please if possible to keep this complaint open until I see whether the withdrawals gets processed and I receive it or not.
