I won total amount 66022.45 zł from Malina casino. Did not use any bonuses.
I contacted the casino via chat 2 times and via support 2 times, even yesterday they promise to treat my case as a priority, nothing will change, the excuse is always that there are too many transfers.
I've made my first withdrawal on 15th of November, second on 16th of November and 3rd on 21th of November.
6000 zł of 66000 zł under review since then.
Money deposited from my account and withdrawn to my account. this is not the first casino and I know the regulations by heart. I have had this problem for the 1st time.
The first transfer in 11 days is still being verified, where the casino's regulations state 5 days.
I have 6000 zł in pending as 3 requests are max on same time and 2000 zł for each day to withdraw.
This will take years to have all money to withdraw with this schedule. I can attach all screenshots.
Hopefully this post help to find a solution and probably Malina casino would hurry up to keep a customer.
