After closing the last complaint Malina casino is again delaying the withdrawal of money.
In the regulations, they say that they pay out in 5 business days. I placed a withdrawal order on 27.11.2024 which means that 10 business days have already passed, and I still have not received the payment.
Not only can I withdraw a maximum of 2000PLN in 1 transfer, but the casino artificially extends the withdrawal time for this period twice as long as what they have in the regulations.
Money was deposited from my account and withdrawn from my account. Never played bonuses, this is not the first casino and I know the regulations by heart.
