My withdrawal from december 16 was processed, but I didn't recieve any money. Withdraw by skrill instant payment method, not bank. I sent many email to finance@magicalspin.com, didn't recieve any answer. From them support'' Hi, Sorry, we are not able to process your request. You have to wait for an answer from the finance department.''T o all my next emails how long to wait? when I receive my money ? I still haven't received an answer. All evidence (all transaction)from my skrill account I sent to them.
