Lucky Nugget Casino Bounced Cheque

i won 6450 @ lucky nugget about 4 weeks ago, they approved me, mailed my cheque, i deposited it into my acct, was spending it on some home renos that i needed done badly, then about 3 days later i was notified by my bank that the cheque was returned and am now in the hole with my bank, 2400 dolllars! so now i been talkin 2 them everyday n they seem 2 b jus givin me the runaround, meanwhile my paycheque is goin 2 pay off what i owe the bank, and i cant even feed my kids!!!! Apologies for the inconvenience.

I believe this matter was resolved with our processor today.

The first check "bounced" because a courier check was sent to a PO Box address. Courier checks cannot be sent to PO box addresses, only postal addresses and it was therefore cancelled. The check was re-issued via regular mail instead.

A customer service agent will be in contact with you soon regarding any bank charges you incurred as a result.
