Withholding money

On november 25 and 26, 2022 I made several ( 4) deposits to this casino. The total deposits made on my end where $380. I played through this and have no problem with the casino with keeping those funds. I looked and it appears that in fact $530 ( an additional $150) was deposited that is being held by the casino after I have closed my account.

I have reached out by chat several times and by email 3 times since november 26, 2022 and I have not been able to reach anyone with this casino.

The casino seems to be witholding $150 as this was likely taken from my account after the closure. I am looking for the casink to provide justification, commmunication and process the 150$ withdrawal.

In summary, $530 was taken and i only played with $380 (which I understand I lost). I am looking for the $150 to be given back to me as the casino seems to be holding onto it.

I'm just confused why you cannot email me this information. I have personally emailed the suppor­t@i­wil­dca­sin­o.com email nearly a half dozen times and havent had a response in weeks. It seems you only communicate through thus channel now.

Why is your team refusing to email me back and provide me with the information? This would be kept private if you communicated and replied to my many emails...
