They wont withdraw my money

I requested a withdrawal of €700 on 27.09.2025. According to their own terms, they should process withdrawals within 48–72 hours, but mine is still stuck in “processing.” Support keeps giving me the same lies: “you are first in the queue,” “financial department is overloaded,” even though my KYC was already approved and no further documents are needed.


I have screenshots and email proof that they are intentionally delaying payouts. Many players in September report waiting weeks for withdrawals without success. This is a clear pattern of scam tactics to force players to cancel withdrawals and keep playing.

Thank you for bringing the player's concern to our attention. We would like to remind the player that our current Terms do not specify that withdrawals will be processed within 48-72 hours. The current Terms state:

7.9. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment providers and methods Players use. Usually it can take up to 72 hours but not limited. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.

Since the withdrawal was requested via bank transfer, it was initiated on our end on September 28th, which occurred during the banking weekend. In turn, this may result in certain delays on the side of processing and banking system, which is included in our timing estimation noted in the Terms. At this moment we see that the payment has been successfully processed yesterday evening successfully.

As such, at the moment we cannot find any further reasoning for the player's concern and hope this concludes this case.
