Getting the runaround from this Casino

I played at this casino in the past, have spent a lot of money and got a couple of withdrawals without any issue. This time however, I'm definitely having an issue. On Oct 23rd I did 3 withdrawals. (They only allow $600 withdrawals, and just 3 at a time) So $1800 in total.

On Oct 26th, all 3 withdrawals were cancelled and back in my account. I went on instant chat and they told me that "I" cancelled them. I said..."No I didn't. I asked them when these cancellations went through. They told me 2:35am my time. I said No, I was asleep. I didn't do that.

So they told me to put through the withdrawals again and it should work. I did. On Oct 28th, the withdrawals were back in my account once again and it said they were cancelled. I went on instant chat and they told me to email the casino. So I did.

I finally heard back from them at night on Oct 29th. They told me there was some kind of "glitch" and they were sorry, there was nothing wrong with my account...and this time it will work. So I did it again. Nope. It didn't work. On Oct 31st the money was back in my account, and it said they were cancelled. I went on instant chat...they told me to email the casino. I did that, and today it is Nov 2nd and I still have not heard anything back. So yes, this has been going on for 10 days back and fourth.

Right now I have $6600 in my account at this casino....but I have not had any kind of solid answer on why this is happening?

It's 11/15/2024 and I have now been paid 100% of all money owed to me by iwild casino. Thank you very much AskGamblers for all your help. And iwildcasino...Thank you very much for following through and paying me the money. It's appreciated.

Thank you for reopening my complaint AskGamblers. Yes, After my first posting on here, iwild casino did make one payment to me.....which left a remainder of over $4500 in my account. (Again....They only allow a $500 max withdrawl, and you can do 3 at a time) So I withdrew $500 three times again. And just like the first time....it stayed in my account Pending for 2 days, after which I got an email from them saying it had expired and for me to do a withdrawal again. I tried to talk to instant chat, which were of no help at all. They simply tell me to email iwild at [email protected]. Which I have done many times with zero response. The main problem with all this is.....They do not work on weekends. From what I can see, it seems to me that they don't work Friday, Saturday or Sundays. So this whole dance, of doing a withdrawal, having it expire, then for them to email me to do it again....just goes on and on and on. By the time they email me, to tell me it has expired and to withdrawal it again....the weekend has come...so then that withdrawal also expires. It's just ridiculous! Its like that movie "Groundhog day" It just keeps repeating over and over again. Right now I have $4500 in my account. $1500 of which is "Pending for withdrawl" But two of those are going to expire tonight, and I will get the same letter from them. The other $500 will definitely expire because its just 2 days to the weekend, and again....they don't work weekends.
