Getting the runaround from this Casino
I played at this casino in the past, have spent a lot of money and got a couple of withdrawals without any issue. This time however, I'm definitely having an issue. On Oct 23rd I did 3 withdrawals. (They only allow $600 withdrawals, and just 3 at a time) So $1800 in total.
On Oct 26th, all 3 withdrawals were cancelled and back in my account. I went on instant chat and they told me that "I" cancelled them. I said..."No I didn't. I asked them when these cancellations went through. They told me 2:35am my time. I said No, I was asleep. I didn't do that.
So they told me to put through the withdrawals again and it should work. I did. On Oct 28th, the withdrawals were back in my account once again and it said they were cancelled. I went on instant chat and they told me to email the casino. So I did.
I finally heard back from them at night on Oct 29th. They told me there was some kind of "glitch" and they were sorry, there was nothing wrong with my account...and this time it will work. So I did it again. Nope. It didn't work. On Oct 31st the money was back in my account, and it said they were cancelled. I went on instant chat...they told me to email the casino. I did that, and today it is Nov 2nd and I still have not heard anything back. So yes, this has been going on for 10 days back and fourth.
Right now I have $6600 in my account at this casino....but I have not had any kind of solid answer on why this is happening?
