iWild Casino - Delaying the payment and requesting unnecessary information that I have already provided earlier

About a week and a half ago, I initiated a €1000 withdrawal. Then the site was updated, and supposedly all withdrawal requests were “accidentally” deleted. I submitted the withdrawal request again, but it was canceled, and they requested new KYC documents, even though I had already submitted everything a few weeks ago. I even received a reply by email confirming that I wouldn’t need to go through this process again in the future, whether depositing or withdrawing.
I sent the requested documents a week and a half ago, and then they contacted me again asking for the other side of the document. I sent it immediately — nearly a week ago now — and I’ve heard nothing since. The withdrawal option is disabled, and I can’t initiate any payouts.

I’ve successfully withdrawn from the site once before without any issues, but now they are clearly stalling, and I’m not even getting proper responses via email — just generic replies on live chat telling me to wait for an email from the KYC team. I’ve been doing that for almost two weeks, but the situation isn’t progressing at all, and there is absolutely no valid reason to withhold my funds.

I don’t have any other accounts, and I submitted valid, clear documents both now and previously. I really like the site, but this is becoming a joke. This is not my first and definitely not my last deposit, yet it feels like they’re trying to avoid paying out. This is my first significant win, and it’s off to a really disappointing start.

I received the money. It was a very long process, but I got it.
I requested to close my account because trust is very important when it comes to a casino site, and I believe it has been compromised here. That said, it’s not a bad site, and I still recommend it. The issue has been resolved, thanks to the iwild and aslgamblers teams.
