Casino going against their terms and conditions

I requested my first withdrawal after plying for some time here. Casino is clearly not following it's own T&C or don't have explained them in more detail.
My profile was verified through the automated system. It's been almost a week now and I never received any e-mail from support or KYC. After writing to support they replied exactly same that you can read in their T&C, looked like an automated message. Wrote to KYC, they ignores my emails. This casino plainly ignores me and does not try to explain the reason for the delaying.
