Not paying out my winnings

Hey Askgamblers Team,


After playing for a couple of weeks, i finally won some money at iLucki Casino. Verification was fast and easy. Though it seems the casino is refusing to pay out my winnings. I've tried 3 times now to withdraw the money, first via the credit card i deposited with and with bank transfer. The first time the live chat told me there is a problem with the payment-provider and told me ill get an email from the finance team, which never happened.

The second time they tried to tell me after sending the withdrawal, it got refunded back to my casino account, which is complete nonsense obviously and which i called out as such. There are no issues with my bank account and connected credit card.

I expect them to pay out my winnings now. I don't plan on playing at this casino any longer because of this, i just want to take the money and move on.

I hope you guys can help me, contact the casino.

after i changed my payment method to Mifinity, they finally accepted my cashout. You can close the complaint. Ilucki Casino has paid me out full. Thanks for your help.
