Issue with withdrawals more than three times
I opened an account with this casino 26/01/23. I’ve won a total of €900 from deposits up to €50. I attempted to withdraw €500 of my funds and verified my account, 1st attempt was refused as they wanted a copy of my license with me in the picture and a signed copy of the back of my bank card, found this a little weird because I was never asked to provide that on any other casinos I’ve gambled with.
Then on Monday the 30/01/23 I was verified and attempted my withdrawal again, was made wait until the Thursday 2/02/23 and the withdrawal of €500 was declined and my other withdrawal of €400 is pending, I contacted they’re online chat and they didn’t give me any reason as to why this happened, I’ve read online at trust pilot that this is a common issue with this casino.
This has given me major concerns about this casino and as to if they are a legitimate business. Today on the 8/2/23 they declined my withdrawal again. I’ve contacted them on this and they are doing nothing to resolve my issue, they tell me that the money will be transferred but then it comes up on to my account as rejected tramsfer. I would like my issue resolved with them but more importantly I want fellow players not to have the same issue’s with this casino
