I didn't think that such a well-known site, which sponsors many famous eSports teams, would give me so many negative emotions from bets. I lost a lot of money on the site and when I started winning, they made a minimum maxbet on my account.

I have been trying to withdraw money from the site for the second week now, before that the withdrawal came the next day (which is very slow by online casino standards).

My withdrawal request is still open, technical support has been answering the same thing for a week.

I cancelled the first withdrawal myself after a week of waiting, so that I could make another withdrawal in the hope that it would come faster.

The funds still haven't arrived on my account, please help
