Unfortunately, I would like to file a complaint. The reason for this is that my withdrawal request is very late and I have not recieved any money. The terms and conditions on GGbet casino site states that ’a withdrawal amount up to USD 300 will be approved for the next day from the date of request, except for weekends and holidays.’ My withdrawal has not been updated or processed at all, and I created the request 24 of october, and todays date is 29 of october.
I have never experienced any problems with my withdrawals in the past and they reached my bank account quickly. However, I won a larger sum of money. I tried to withdraw using bank transfer, but the query got rejected. In contact with support they stated that in order to recieve my money, each withdrawal query needs to be a maximum of 4000 SEK. I made a new withdrawal query of SEK 1,500 on October 24. Today (October 29th) the withdrawal has not even been confirmed or processed. I contacted support to ask when my winnings will be sent to my bank account and they said there is a delay in confirmation due to technical issues. I also sent a email and the same answer was provided by support.
I also have 6 other withdrawals that I am waiting for and I am really worried as it is a large amount of money. Support said 5 days. So I want to feel confident that I will get my winnings. EVERY withdrawal query is marked as ”NEW’ except from a withdrawal request that has changed status to ’in progress’ and 4000 SEK has been reducted from my GG account today. However, I have not recieved any emails or updates on the status of this and I have not recieved any money.
My account is verified and I did not use bonus money. I have also tried to withdraw 1000 sek using another method without sucess.
I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
