I'm lodging a complaint against fc moon. A week ago I was unable to make withdrawals (fiat or crypto). As you can see from the screens, the service told me to be informed by email within 72 hours. a week later, I've had no news and I've had to ask the service myself about this problem and I was told that I had to wait again. The deadline announced at the outset was 72 hours, but that's twice as long and the service still hasn't told me what's going on. I have 1500€ on the site. I'm waiting for fc moon to give me some information and above all to let me withdraw because my account has been checked since the first day of my registration. I don't want to believe that this site is dishonest and I'm therefore making a complaint to move the case forward.
