I made two withdrawal requests on August 5th. Both of the requests are 200 dollars. I verified myself (KYC) and had no bonus, so it should be simple not to mention the fact that I had a previous withdrawal request on August 2nd which had paid on August 5th! I never had a fast withdrawal procedure like this, that's the reason why I'm frustrated because now it is almost one week from the request, and it's still in progress status. Customer service cant answer the question of when will they payout the winnings but one person said - attached screenshot - it takes a maximum of 5 business days.

Tomorrow is the final day but customer service still doesn't have any information. I think they trying to delay the payment. Good casino but very bad customer service and payment.

They didnt answer to my question: why did they separate my 200 dollars withdraw request? They have no reason, because "there was an issue with the withdrawals" is not a reason. They paid out the rest, my problem is solved.

BOA TARDE,
Deveria ter recebido no dia 26 de Dezembro o pagamento de cerca de 3000 dolares relativos a dinheiro ganho no identificado casino online.
Os seus colaboradores insistem desde o meu registo para que crie uam conta de crypto moeda, solução que não pretendo.
Alegam a dificuldade junto do promotor do jogo e do meu Banco, facto que é falso uma vez que o mesmo promotor e o mesmo Banco, são por mim utilizados junto do NATIONAL CASINO e os pagamento são efetuados no mesmo dia.
Claramente, este casino retem indevidamente o dinheiro por dois motivos, ou que os seus jogadores o percam continuando a jogar ou porque não têm fundos suficientes para operar e por isso devem ser encerrados por forma a evitar mais danos aos seus Clientes.
No pretérito dia 27 recebi a seguinte resposta a mias uma reclamação apresentada:

Blocked from account after making first withdrawal request

Hi. I have held a fair spin account since Nov 2024, and deposited many thousands of dollars in it. Today, June 5, I made my first withdrawal request for $1000. I first got a message my ID verification was approved. I was asked for more documentation and I provided all of it. Then I was blocked from my account, with a message saying I violated the terms and conditions! I have done no such thing. Finally, I got an email saying their decision is final- they won’t tell me what I’ve done- just that there was suspicious activity. I’m an old man in cancer treatment- my daughters help me put money in account etc but it’s always from my own accounts I share with them. And as I said I’ve been making lots of deposits with no issues. This is very unethical.

Every day I have to beg for a paycheck

Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method. They kept reversing my withdrawal back into my account and I kept going back to chat with them to find out what was going on. They said it was rejected and to try again. This happened several times. Now I have a very uneasy feeling about all of this. I’ve played online for years and based on technology nowadays there really is no reason for these delays or games casinos seem to play with clients in what seems to be attempts to not pay out funds.
