Misleading bonus scheme
Hello,
Today I registered at Fairspin.io to use their Welcome deposit bonus with 100% deposit bonus.
I deposited 250 euro, after a long chat conversation with the chat to find out about wager, max bet etc. They referred me to the pages for the bonus, in attachment 1 and 2. They had nothing about the bonus terms in their general T&C, attachment 3.
They have their own currency, "TPLAY" that they convert all money to, and after making the deposit I had about 980 TPLAY in bonus and 950 TPLAY in balance. When I entered a game, it was in euro and I only had the 250 euro I had deposited so I started play since I though the bonus would kick in after the "real" money.
When I was down to a 0 balance, I still could not play for the bonus balance. So I contacted chat again, who started to say they dont have any no deposit bonuses. I explained that I sure had did a deposit. After a lot of waiting and wrong answers the chat told me that I had to wager to receive the bonus. Yes of course, that is pretty standard I thought? But what they meant is that I had to wager my REAL money to receive bonus money -that I couldnt play for my bonus money until I had wagered real money 25 times.
I asked for the bonus terms and conditions and got referred just to the promo in attachment 1 and 2. I later found the loyalty program explained (attachment 4), which wasnt accessible before making the deposit though. But by reading it, I still do not think it is clear that you do not get the bonus to play with before you have wagered for only real money first. Of course you have to wager to be able to withdraw bonus, but that is a different thing -here you have to wager to get the bonus in the first time.
This is NOT a deposit bonus. The lack of easy accessible, or any, terms that explain how the bonus is set up is not available at all even when asking for it. I have played at casinos for over 15 years and I have never seen a deposit bonus to be interpreted this way, that you will not receive it to play for until you have played for 25xreal money first. The common practice is that you receive the bonus money and play for the bonus money+deposit to make the wager to be able to withdraw it.
Fairspin surely is not fair by having these terms, and trick new players into deposit on fraudulent bonus terms. I think it is reasonable to void my deposit and repay my 250 euro.
